    Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment.

    Our shipments are EXPRESS and we only work with quality companies such as UPS, DHL and others, offering the best service at the best price.

    United States and Canada 5-8 business days.

    Delivery times for international shipments may suffer delays due to customs procedures.

    No shipments are made to PO BOX, our products are delivered by hand and under the recipient’s signature.

    All shipments have a tracking number and will be provided to our customers.

    -EUROPE 2  (Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovenia) : 11,95 euros  (UPS Express 3-5 days delivery)

    -EUROPE 3 (Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Estonia, Cyprus,UK,Greece, Malta, Norway, Switzerland) : 14,95 euros (UPS or DHL Express 3-5 days delivery)

    The free shipping terms can change.
    Currently these are the ones we have assets for purchases equal to or bigger than:
    -Spain: 70 euros
    -European Union: 125 euros
    -Rest of Europe: 150 euros
    -USA & Canada: 250 euros

    If you have not received your order within 2 weeks please contact us to see what the problem is.
    Provide us with your full name, order number and tracking number.

    Most of the delays are due to customs processes for which we are not responsible and currently shipments to the UK are having delays due to these problems derived from BREXIT

    You can easily get a refund if you make a request to
    Toydoyminiatures@gmail.com within 14 days from date of reception of your order.

    Once the request is made send the package to the address of our facilities, once we have received the shipping information (tracking number and return shipping receipt) of the package and we verify that it has arrived in perfect condition, we will issue a refund for your purchase.

    Sales Tax

    Sales tax has already been applied to the price of our products.

    Import Duties & Taxes

    Import duties for international shipments may be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, you need to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

    If you refuse to pay the duties upon arrival in your destination country, the products will be returned to TOYDOY Miniatures at the customer’s expense. And the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid less the cost of the return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

    Paypal is the payment method we use, if you don’t have a paypal account, don’t worry, you can pay directly in paypal with your credit card.
    Paypal is the most used, safe, fast and efficient form of payment on the market, without waiting times in the processing of transactions.

    A high quality product made in grey resin, offering highly detailed miniatures thanks to the use of the most professional printers on the market.

    The miniatures are shipped WITHOUT BASE and can require assembly.
    The product is sent ready for primer and painting by the customer.
    Product can require minimal additional cleaning
